Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive an email within 2 hours, please contact us at 1-866-926-4084 to ensure that your order has been properly received and processed.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation stating the order has been shipped.

Holiday Shipping Cut Off Dates
During peak times, shipped items may take an additional day to arrive. With this in mind, we will need to receive your order by the following dates to guarantee that your package will get to it’s destination in time for the holiday. This is allowing 2nd day or overnight shipping.

Security and Privacy
When purchasing products from A Grande Finale Patisserie®, you will enter all of your information in a secure online form hosted by PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.


Pick Up and Delivery
All Dessert items and Dessert Gift items are available for pick up at A Grande Finale Patisserie® or for local delivery with a 48 hour notice.

Pick Up
You may call or email your order to be picked up at A Grande Finale Patisserie®. If you are looking for a dessert and have less than the 48 hour requirement, please call us anyway. We will try to accommodate with an appropriate dessert. We also have an extensive daily selection of desserts available for purchase directly from our pastry case.

Delivery
Delivery is available locally within the Boulder and Denver metro area. There is a minimum order of $25.00 and the following delivery charges apply:

Louisville, Lafayette: $15-$20
Boulder: $30-$40
Longmont: $40-$50
Denver: $50-$60

Please note: All charges will vary depending on exact location.
If your order is being delivered to a home address, please be sure that someone will be there to receive the package. All of our products are extremely perishable and will not be left if recipient is unavailable. Additional charges will apply if first delivery attempt is unsuccessful and additional delivery attempts are necessary. Delivery to a place of business is ideal, as someone is almost always there to accept a package.


Shipping and Handling
Please review our entire shipping policy to ensure that the date you would like your order to arrive will be available.

Because of the perishable nature of our products, we highly recommend 1-3 day shipping for most items. Also, please be sure that someone will be home to receive the package. Our products are perishable and some need to be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. If possible, have your order shipped to a place of business where someone is usually always there to accept a delivery. We assume no responsibility for packages that are left or returned because of an unsuccessful delivery.

We ship all orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have an order that needs to be shipped on Thursday, it must go by air overnight. There will be no shipments delivered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas)

Because all of our desserts are made from scratch as they are ordered, we require that orders be placed at least 48 hours before they are needing to be shipped. Orders needing to be shipped within the same week of purchase must be received before 12 noon MT on Monday to be shipped by Wednesday 2nd day air, and by 12 noon MT on Tuesday to be shipped next day air on Thursday. Please plan ahead and place your orders with plenty of notice. Orders that do not require a specific date of delivery will be sent out as quickly as possible, often before our 48 hour window.


Shipping of Mousse Torte Cakes
We have determined that an overnight delivery works best for shipping of our Mousse Torte Cakes. This will best preserve the integrity of our product and your gift. These cakes are packaged for shipping in a custom designed foam shipping container to ensure that they will arrive as perfect as you see them on our website. Frozen gel packs are placed underneath your cake to keep it cold and the entire foam set is placed into a corrugated box for strength and protection. An additional $10 handling charge has been added to these products to cover the cost of the essential shipping container. All garnish for Mousse Torte Cakes that are shipped will sit flat on the top of the cake.


Our Guarantee
Whether you are ordering your dessert as a gift or are purchasing to enjoy yourself, we at A Grande Finale Patisserie® know that you will be delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by email or phone within one week of receipt of order. Be sure to include you order number, name, telephone number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

*If your dessert is damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the cost (excluding shipping). Please keep all packaging as it may be needed for us to correct the problem.
*If your guaranteed air shipment arrives late due to error with our shipping, you will be reimbursed for the shipping charges. Reimbursements will not be given for delays beyond our control (eg. Weather, recipient unavailable, etc.).
*Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not guaranteed. Please be sure that all address information is correct before placing your order.


Payment
When purchasing products online from A Grande Finale Patisserie®, you will enter all of your information in a secure online form hosted by PayPal. NO PayPal account is needed to complete your transaction. If you wish to set up an account with PayPal you may do so. The next time you make a purchase you will just need to enter your PayPal account number and your information will be retrieved. Using PayPal allows us to accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal account balance payments.

If you are purchasing your items directly at our shop, we accept cash, local checks, Master Card and Visa. A Master Card or Visa number is required if you are calling us directly to place a special order.

Sales Tax
Local Sales Tax will be charged on all orders being delivered or picked up at A Grande Finale Patisserie®. If you reside in Colorado and are purchasing a dessert to be shipped or delivered anywhere in the United States, you will be charged sales tax. If you reside outside the state of Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax.

Q. Will you share my personal information with other companies?
A. No, protecting your privacy is very important to us. When placing an order, you will have the option to be added to our email mailing list. If you choose to be on this list, we will send you periodic emails detailing special offers. We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of our company. If you would like to be removed from our email mailing list, please follow the instructions that are in included at the bottom of each email.

Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. If your order has not already been shipped, baked or personalized, we can cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at 1-866-926-4084. Refunds will not be issued for orders already personalized, baked or shipped.

Q. Do you offer same day shipping, delivery or pick up?
A. Because we are making all of our dessert items from scratch, it is difficult for us to have each and every item available for last minute orders. However, we do have some of our most popular items available in our pastry case on a daily basis. If you need a dessert for delivery or pick up at the last minute, we may be able to accommodate or substitute your selection. We do not offer same day shipping for any of our items.

Q. Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Canada or anywhere outside the United States?
A. No, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Q. Can you deliver to PO boxes?
A. No, our shipping carriers will not deliver to PO boxes. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience.
