10 Years of Milestones-thanks to you-our loyal customers!!
As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary over the next year, we thought it would be fun to pay a visit to the past. Below are just a few of the highlights!
~June 1999-Nicole started Pastries by Nicole in a commercial kitchen in Boulder.
~January 2000-Pastries by Nicole landed a wholesale account with Whole Foods Market in Boulder-this was a great way to get exposure and to make money!
~December 2000-Pastries by Nicole moved to our current retail location in Louisville and changed the name of the business to better reflect the products- A Grande Finale was born!
~September 2002-Nicole hired Genny Fetherston (then McGregor) to manage the Louisville shop. I think we can all agree that this is the smartest thing I've ever done!
~November 2005-a new website is born with the convenience of ordering online and nationwide shipping.
~November 2007- A Grande Finale launches their franchising plans.
~ August 2008- A Grande Finale Patisserie was featured on the Food Network show "Road Tasted with the Neelys"
~December 2008-Nicole was featured on Denver’s News 2 This Morning to talk about our 1st annual Rally to Bring Back Real Fruitcake-don’t miss the rally this year!
~February 2009-Our second location opens in Lafayette!
~June 2009-We're celebrating our 10th Anniversary!
